At Better Body, we believe that the mind and body connection is essential for overall wellbeing, and our classes are fun, relaxed and wholly inclusive.
I have a hands on approach to teaching Pilates, Barre classes, and Sports Yoga to help my clients and students find the perfect mind body connection, guiding them through the layered process. Better Body classes are a warm and friendly, non-competitive safe space to practice, where I encourage feedback and adapt exercises as needed, and I’m always available to answer any questions.
Classes For Everyone
Whether you prefer online classes or in person physical classes one to one or in groups, there are classes available in Pilates, Barre Fitness, Sports Yoga with Better Body.
I conduct classes on the Fylde Coast in a group setting, and also offer one to one sessions, as well as online sessions via Zoom. All my classes and sessions centre around the fundamentals of Pilates, functional movement and the disciplines of Sports Yoga and Somatic Movement. Sessions flow in accordance to the students in front of me, for example if I am working with an older student, we will focus on balance, strength and mobility.
