Great For Mental Health
Tracy’s classes are fantastic for not only your physical health but your mental health as well. I always leave the class smiling and get a great work out at the same time - win win! I was a bit nervous about aggrevating a long standing injury I’ve had but Tracy instantly put me at ease and offers great guidance in classes to prevent injury. A true professional but also down to earth and fun. Exactly what I needed from an instructor. Thankyou!

One To One Sessions
I had 10 sessions of 1-1 Pilates with Tracy. I have a rare neurological movement disorder which is helped by exercise, particularly strengthening the core. Despite Tracy having not heard of my disorder she did thorough research into it before we met for our first session. She was always well prepared, having a plan for each session. While always keen to get the best out of me (and she always did!) she was consistently patient, tolerant and respectful if I wasn’t comfortable with doing a particular exercise or if I couldn’t do it as well as I wanted to. Tracy was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Perfect For Advancing Years
I started Pilates classes with Tracy two years ago. I was made very welcome by Tracy and she is very professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to make sue we get the best out of her class and that we are in the right position for each exercise.
I am 66 and I can honestly say my balance and ability has improved significantly since doing Tracy’s classes. She has put up with my lack of coordination and never made me feel uncomfortable and always put me at ease.
Tracy’s classes are so popular you struggle to get a place, but I highly recommend Tracy - a lovely lady and perfect instructor. -
Fun For Everyone
I always enjoy Tracy’s Pilates classes, she brings her bubbly personality into the class which makes them fun and makes you forget how hard you are working. Her classes are always varied and I have definitely felt the benefit from doing them regularly.

Helping To Keep You Mobile
I have been going to Tracy’s classes for several years now and thoroughly enjoy them. She’s an excellent teacher, very patient and clearly explains each exercise. Balance and strength are very important as you get older. Tracy makes sure these exercises are incorporated in the classes, helping us to remain mobile.

Wonderful For Recovery
Tracy has been teaching me for many years, she is knowledgeable and has a hands on approach to teaching, ensuring all students maintain the correct posture.
I am currently in remission from breast cancer and Tracy has helped me in my recovery, enabling me to regain my strength and teaching me how to adapt exercise. She is always available outside the classroom and is happy to give extra advice and support to all participants. -
Helping with Lifelong Conditions
I have scoliosis and struggle to follow instructions. Tracy checks in on me during classes to make sure I understand what I’m doing, and makes sure I always feel better after a class. Tracy’s classes are also great fun!

Pilates and Barre Classes
I have been going to Tracy’s Pilates and Barre classes for the last four years and can highly recommend Tracy as a wonderful instructor. She is friendly and bubbly and really gets you to enjoy the class (plus her music choice is fab!) Tracy is very in tune with your abilities and weaknesses and advises you accordingly. I really look forward to my class with Tracy, especially Barre.

For Strength and Mobility
I am in my 70s and have been attending Pilates classes with Tracy for quite some time. I always look forward to these classes as Tracy is an excellent instructor. Tracy knows exactly what we need to do to improve our mobility and strenghten our muscles. The classes are always enjoyable and beneficial. I love them!
