Modifications and props (like chairs, bands, or blocks) are offered to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring exercises are accessible and effective for everyone.

Join us for a Zoom Pilates & Functional Movement class that combines classical Pilates principles with functional movement patterns to enhance your strength, mobility, balance, and posture. This class is designed for individuals with a basic understanding of Pilates fundamentals who are injury-free and ready to take their practice to the next level.

Each session incorporates mat-based Pilates exercises alongside functional strength drills and mobility work to improve everyday movement. We’ll integrate a variety of small equipment—including foam rollers, mini balls, resistance bands, and Swiss balls—to challenge your stability, increase flexibility, and engage your muscles in new ways. This equipment helps target deeper stabilizing muscles, refine your coordination, and add variety to your routine for a well-rounded, full-body workout.

What to Expect:

Core-Strengthening Sequences using Swiss balls and resistance bands for enhanced stability

Functional Movement Drills with foam rollers and mini balls to improve mobility, posture, and alignment

Balance and Coordination Challenges incorporating Swiss balls and foam rollers to engage stabilizing muscles

Flexibility and Mobility Work to release tension and improve range of motion

A steady-paced class with progressions and modifications to suit different fitness levels

Mat

Foam Roller (for mobility, balance, and myofascial release)

Mini Stability Ball (for core engagement and postural support)

Resistance Bands (for added resistance and strength-building)

Swiss Ball/Exercise Ball (for dynamic core work, balance challenges, and functional exercises)

Light Hand Weights (optional, for functional strength exercises)

A small towel or cushion for additional support if needed

It focuses on core stability, posture, and controlled movements, making it a great workout for beginners and experienced individuals alike.
